North Plank Black Pepper is solid birch hardwood flooring in a Select grade. Each plank is 3¼ inches wide and ¾ inch thick, and each box covers 20 square feet. A narrow plank and a deep, dark tone give a refined, traditional look.

Birch has a fine, even grain that takes stain well, and solid construction means the floor can be sanded and refinished over its life. Natural variation in the wood gives every floor its own character.
This solid ¾" hardwood is designed for nail-down installation over a wood subfloor and is not intended for use over radiant heat. Follow the manufacturer's installation and care instructions for subfloor preparation, acclimation and maintenance. Solid hardwood is not recommended for below-grade basements; for basements, see our waterproof SPC vinyl flooring.
