Refund & Return Policy

At Top Floorings Depot, we are committed to providing quality flooring products and clear return guidelines. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Products must be factory sealed and unopened
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the sale date
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

No Returns After 90 Days

We do not accept returns after 90 days from the original sale date.

Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and promotional items are sold as-is and are final sale.

These items are:

  • Not eligible for return
  • Not eligible for refund
  • Not covered by warranty

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened cartons
  • Used or installed flooring
  • Products damaged after pickup or delivery
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed after inspection. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Important

Please inspect all materials upon pickup or delivery. We recommend confirming product type, color, size, and quantity before installation, as installed products cannot be returned.
