Solid hardwood is installed by nailing or stapling to a suitable wood subfloor, on or above grade. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions for subfloor preparation and acclimation.
Solid hardwood is a long-lived, natural floor that can be refinished over the years. Keep it clean with a soft broom or vacuum and a cleaner made for pre-finished wood floors.
